The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Lufkin kicks off the annual Click it or Ticket seat belt enforcement campaign today at 10:30am at the Safety Rest Area in Leggett (Polk County).  TxDOT will be joined by area law enforcement agencies in an effort to remind motorists of the importance of wearing seat belts.
