We have officially made it through three-quarters of the year. However, you can't tell that by the temperatures.

We're in September, people. Fall starts this month. Yet, we're still sitting at temperatures above 100º.

If it feels hotter than usual, it's true. Last month was the hottest June on record in Lufkin, and meteorologists don't see any signs of that changing.

If you know me, you know I LOVE to barbeque.  Skilled cooking in general really impresses me.  Therefore, it will be my mission to bring you a daily video highlighting some pretty cool edibles!  Today we travel Australia for a pie that's anything but cool.  This pie is screaming hot!
