A wreck this morning just North of Corrigan on Highway 59 has caused a shutdown of Highway 59 Southbound.  As of 8:45 this morning, southbound traffic was stalled as emergency personnel worked to clear the wreck which appeared to involve the cab of an 18-wheeler.
