This is not the weapon that was used in this particular case.  But this is first thing that comes to mind when I hear souvenir baseball bat.

A Lufkin man, Robert Sheddan,  has been arrested and charged family assault and resisting arrest.  In the scuffle that occurred while resisting the arrest, a police officer was slightly injured.
