Nice

Another horrific tragedy has struck France.  Over 80 people were killed and dozens others injured, many critically, when a man driving a truck indiscriminately ran over people who had been watching a fireworks display in Nice, France.    Two of those killed called Texas home.

A man drove a truck through a huge crowd of people at a beach in Nice, France, killing at least 73 and injuring many more. The driver has been killed by police.
