According to a release from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), new lower speed limit signs are going up this week on a portion of SH 7 in Angelina County. The change becomes effective once signs are posted.
Texas Department of Transportation maintenance crews throughout the Lufkin District’s nine-county area are beginning to install new 75 mph speed limit signs on roadways throughout the district. A listing of the roads affected follows, however, keep in mind that the new speed limit does not take effect until the signs are in place.
