This weather has me perplexed. Over the weekend we had temps of almost 80, then yesterday a cold front came in and dropped the temps into the 50's pretty quick. Today looks dreary, and makes me want to nap. My selfie of the day depicts me looking surprised that it's still cool outside and I forgot my jacket. Dangit!

No Shave November is over! Thank goodness! I'm not very good with facial hair, and mine tends to be mostly gray now so I'd just rather keep it to a minimum. Since the month is over, and we've raised a generous amount of money for St. Jude I shaved yesterday. Day 6 of my Selfie Of The Day features my smooth cheeks (the ones on my face).

I love science discoveries, and creepy stuff so this video is right up my alley. I also like fish. I don't love fish, I like fish. Some I like to eat, some I just like to catch. I enjoy watching Andrew Zimmern on Travel Channel eat strange fish. This video is of a strange, deep sea fish. It's a sciency type discovery, creepy, and fishy. Check it out.

Today we celebrate the 46th Birthday of KICKS 105 Midday personality, Sean Ericson! We celebrate a lot here at the radio station. WOW! What a crazy, busy weekend. Saturday morning met Sean Ericson to help set up for his live broadcast at Ashley Furniture. Next was to assist in getting the SFA Football game on the air, then immediately over to Perry Ellis Kia for our HUGE broadcast that afternoon. Today I begin a new project. A selfie a day for a year! The Steve Rixx "Selfie Of The Day" will be a time line of my face, and probably partially my wardrobe throughout the next year. I love impressions. Especially good impressions. Sometimes I pretend to be Kenny Chesney's father while driving around town, and have created a particular voice for him. I have no idea what Kenny's daddy sounds like, but I imagine it in my brain sometimes. Anyhoo, this girl is good at impressions. Check it out!

I've had a fascination with archery for most of my life. Probably from playing cowboys and indians while growing up, and always wanting to be the indian. There's something very primal in regards to the bow and arrow. Now with advancements in bow technology amazing shots can be made. Prepare to be AMAZED!
