Teacher’s Resignation Video, is it Sour Grapes or Are Her Points Valid?

Being a teacher can be one of the most rewarding jobs in the world.  But, I don't think you'll get any arguments from anyone that what's expected of teachers as well as how they're expected to teach has changed quite a bit in the recent past. 

The standardized test has become the major measuring stick for student and teacher, and to the teacher in this video this has been the cause of many other wrongs within the teaching profession.

This resignation video is rather lengthy (approx 10 minutes), but she does bring up some points that are worth exploring.
