Texas Cop Rescues Woman from Tracks with Seconds to Spare

A Richmond, Texas police officer made a heroic rescue late Saturday night.  According to a report, Officer Ramon Morales responded to a call of a woman sitting on railroad tracks.  While en route, he spotted a train moving towards the area where the woman was reported to have been seen.  The young officer sped to get ahead of the train.  When he arrived at the intersection, Morales had just enough time to pull the suicidal woman from the tracks. The rescue is captured in the officer's dash video.
