Tim McGraw is spending some time singing with his opening acts on the massive 2017 Soul2Soul Tour, and it was recently Midland's turn. Backstage before a show, the group came together for an amazing rendition of Alabama's country classic "Dixieland Delight."

At a stop during the Canadian trek of the tour in Edmonton on June 3, McGraw joined harmonies with the trio's Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy and Jess Carson on the Alabama classic backstage in what appears to be a locker room. Though they may not be on a real stage, the guys don't hold back, with each singer hitting the right notes as their voices blend together beautifully singing "On a Tennessee Saturday night / Lucky as a seven / Livin' in Heaven / With my Dixieland delight."

As the Midland boys play guitar, they even call in a fiddle and drum player to amp the performance up a notch. McGraw sounds as smooth as always, and the rising trio  hold their own with the superstar in the all-out country jam. "Nailed it! That was good," McGraw says as he high-fives the guys after the fabulous delivery.

This is the second time the "Live Like You Were Dyin'" singer has shared a humble performance with an opening act on social media — he and the Shadowboxers teamed up for a rendition of Leo Sayer's “More Than I Can Say" in a bathroom backstage at the arena.

McGraw and fellow superstar Faith Hill kicked off the Soul2Soul Tour in April of 2017, and they'll continue to tour the country through October.
