Watch an East Texas Teacher Get Surprised with a $1,000 Prize

Giving back to the community is something very close to our heart at KICKS 105, and when it comes to restaurants stepping up to help individuals and organizations, nobody in East Texas does a better job than Whataburger.  

This past school year, KICKS 105 teamed up with Whataburger for our Teacher of the Day program.  Anyone can go to the KICKS 105 website and submit nominations for area teachers to be our Teacher of the Day.  Any teacher who gets drawn for that honor is also submitted into the end of semester drawing for a $1,000 classroom grant.

The educator that was drawn for that honor for the Spring Semester is Bobbie Morgan. She is a math and 3-D printing teacher at Hudson Middle School.  Congratulations to Mrs. Morgan and to all of our very deserving educators in East Texas.
