What Needs to Change with the Cowboys?

It started out so promising.

An opening season win against the Super Bowl Champs where so many things seemed to be falling in place.

But then...

an embarrassing road loss to Seattle, a less than impressive victory over Tampa Bay, and then the implosion against Da Bears.

Sure, Tony Romo threw 5 picks, but the Cowboys receivers ran wrong routes and dropped passes, the defense had break downs, and the list goes on.
