Fall is packed with awards shows — the CMA Awards, People's Choice, Emmys and American Music Awards air when the leaves begin to turn — but the Academy of Country Music is looking ahead to spring, setting a date for their annual country music awards.

So, when are the 2019 ACM Awards?

While not many details have been released, the Academy of Country Music announced on Monday (Sept. 10) that the 54th ACM Awards will air on CBS on April 7, 2019 from 8PM-11PM ET. The show once again is in its longtime home of Las Vegas, venturing to the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the second year in a row after moving from its previous venue at the T-Mobile Arena (to accommodate the Vegas Golden Knights playoff season schedule).

The popular ACM Party for a Cause is also slated to return in 2019, with ACM Stories, Songs & Stars, ACM Topgolf Tee-Off and the ACM Awards Official Afterparty in the days leading up to the awards show, running April 5-7.

Tickets for the 2019 ACM Awards go on sale to the general public on Friday (Sept. 14) at 1PM ET via Axs.

Longtime host Reba McEntire made her grand return in 2018, following a two-year hosting stint from Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley and a three-year run by co-hosts Bryan and Blake Shelton.

The 2018 show also included an opening tribute to the victims of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting that occurred nearly a year ago on Oct. 1, 2017, in Las Vegas. Jason Aldean, who was onstage when the shooting occurred, was joined by Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Bryan and Thomas Rhett to honor the 58 people who lost their lives. Carrie Underwood made a triumphant appearance with "Cry Pretty" that earned her an emotional standing ovation, and Lambert brought home her ninth Female Vocalist of the Year win, making her the most decorated artist in the awards show's history.
