There's an old saying, "When you gotta go, you gotta go."  That doesn't necessarily mean you should go right then and there, especially if you're talking to Lufkin's finest.

According to a report from the Lufkin Police Department, on Sunday, January 31st, Deshune Williams, 25, was arrested after allegedly driving away in his cousin's car after his cousin pulled over on the side of the road because they got into an argument over Williams messing with his cousin's radio. Williams' cousin told officers that after getting out of the vehicle, Williams chased him down the road, grabbed his keys and then left in his car.

Deshune Williams version of the story was a bit different.  He told officers they disagreed over the radio, but, he returned to his cousin's car and then left after getting tired of waiting for his cousin to come back. While Williams was talking to officers, he turned away from them and began urinating on the side of the road.

The incident happened on Whitehouse Drive in between Daniel McCall and Highway 59.

He is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, indecent exposure and also had warrants.
