You must either be wearing the t-shirt or have it in your possession at the time of the weigh-in. The cost of the t-shirt is $30.

Exact Weight Fish

The contestant(s) who weighs in the first 3.00/4.00/5.00 exact weight bass each day of the tournament will be awarded $10,000 at the Sunday Awards Ceremony. That's a total of $90,000 that will be given away for exact weight bass.

Keep in mind that this is guaranteed money to be paid out, so for any unclaimed exact weight bass not caught, the money will go into a drawing among all paid contestants at the Sunday Awards Ceremony.

But, you must be present to win. If your name is drawn and you didn't stick around, as they say at the Sealy Outdoor Tournaments -- "You're history!"

The Dream

The Sealy Outdoors Big Bass Splash footprint covers Lake Sam Rayburn, Toledo Bend Reservoir, Lake Fork, and Lake Guntersville (Alabama).

The first Sealy Outdoors tournament started in 1984 on Lake Sam Rayburn and has expanded to the amateur fishing benchmark that it is today. It all started with a vision that Bob Sealy had in 1983.

After fishing several pro tournaments, he soon came to realize that these types of events weren’t just for the pros. This is when he decided to start his own fishing tournament, one that would cater only to the amateur anglers, allowing them to be put into the same limelight as the pros by winning “BIG CASH & PRIZES” without the huge fees.
