For two days out of the year, we have only one concern at KICKS 105 -- helping kids beat cancer. This year, the 23rd annual KICKS 105 St. Jude Radiothon raised over $105,000 -- one of our best years ever.

We can't thank the big-hearted folks of Deep East Texas enough.  The only words that come to mind are 'God bless you'.  Also, thanks to all the volunteers from SFA's Tri-Delta Sorority for answering phones and taking pledges, Anita Scott and Brad Weiss who came through with a great incentive prize package which included a VIP Meet and Greet with Cody Johnson at the Nacogdoches Expo Center, and to K.K.

This young lady from Woden who is battling cancer herself, not only gave money to the cause but made it a point to stop by the Radiothon on two occasions to volunteer and to become a face of hope for the fight against childhood cancer.  The numbers on the big check would have been quite a bit lower had it not been for K.K.'s courage.
