Bon Jovi will be inducted April 14 as part of the 2018 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class in Cleveland, Ohio. Although the New Jersey band will enter the institution with the reputation of a rock outfit, the group had a short but significant impact on the world of country music as well.

Frontman Jon Bon Jovi recorded "Who Says You Can't Go Home" with Jennifer Nettles, and after that, he and his namesake band cut a very country-leaning album that included big-name cameos and two country singles. Do you remember the song that cracked the Top 40 on country charts in 2007?

"(You Want To) Make a Memory" is a slow ballad found on Bon Jovi's 2007 Lost Highway album. It was the lead single, but despite finding success on international and US AC charts, it never caught fire with country fans. Neither did "'Til We Ain't Strangers Anymore," a duet with LeAnn Rimes. That song was the album's third single, cracking the Top 50 early in 2008.

Big and Rich also appeared on 'Lost Highway.' The duo helped write and performed on a song called 'We Got it Going On.' The album was recorded at Blackbird Studios in Nashville. That's the studio owned by Martina McBride and her husband John.
