Danny, Sean, and myself all work 13 solid hours each day of the St. Jude Radiothon.  Not because we have to, but because we want to.  We believe in the work that St. Jude does, and want to pass it along to you so that you can be part of this wonderful journey as well.  Saving kids lives!  However it takes LOTS of snacks!

In 2013, just before our annual KICKS 105 St Jude Radiothon, we ran the following story about a young girl from East Texas who was diagnosed with brain cancer during the Christmas holidays of 2012.  Even though she couldn't make an in-studio visit with us, she provided the spark and beauty that kept us going through our event.

For 25 years, country radio has stepped up to raise money for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and on Thursday and Friday (March 6 and 7), Taste of Country is joining that effort.
