Chuck Wicks teased fans with a string of cryptic Twitter messages and photos over the New Year's holiday, leading many of his followers to believe that the 'Stealing Cinderella' singer is officially off the market.

“Remember Jagged Edge?? ‘let’s get married,’ Wicks tweeted on New Year’s Eve. “Oh snap!! Sing it if you know it!!!” The singer also attached a picture of a woman flaunting a rather impressive diamond engagement ring.

Wicks followed up his initial coy tweet with another on Jan. 1, sharing, "True Story.. “real world” ;) read the shirt.. Lol. Had to share!! Here’s to 2013!!” The shirt, shown here, reads "happiness is expensive" and is imposed next to a close-up of the ring.

Wicks first gained popularity in 2007 with his debut single, 'Stealing Cinderella,' which reached No. 5 and earned the Delaware artist his first and only Top 10. He received national exposure following his stint on the popular reality show 'Dancing With the Stars' in 2009, but the primetime gig failed to ignite his county music career to new heights.

Wicks was romantically linked to 'Dancing With the Stars' partner and fellow country singer Julianne Hough, but the pair announced their split in late 2009.

Fans were quick to respond to the singer with their well wishes upon his alleged engagement, but Wicks did not respond. The singer's camp has yet to release any official word regarding the pending nuptials, and have not released the name of the possible bride-to-be.
