Gary Allan, More Artists Announced for 2016 Taste of Country Music Festival
Gary Allan, Big & Rich, Frankie Ballard and more top country artists have been added to the lineup at the 2016 Taste of Country Music Festival.
Eric Paslay, Chris Janson, Old Dominion, Neal McCoy, the Swon Brothers, the Cadillac Three, Jana Kramer, Outshyne, William Michael Morgan and Annie Bosko are also joining the stellar lineup for the three-day festival, along with previously-announced headliners Kenny Chesney and Jake Owen. The three-day camping and country music event is set to take place from June 10-12 at scenic Hunter Mountain in New York, featuring a mix of the hottest superstars, veteran acts and newcomers in contemporary country music.
Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Toby Keith headlined the festival in 2015, joined by stars including Billy Currington and Sara Evans. 2016 promises to be even bigger.
"Taste of Country is shaping up to be another record-breaking year,” says Dhruv Prasad, Executive Vice President, Live Events, Townsquare Media Inc. in a press release. “It’s important to us to provide our fans the best country music and camping experience in the northeast, and we believe our strong lineup paves the way for an amazing three days.“
Tickets are currently on sale, starting at $165 for a three-day general admission pass, which is only available for a limited time . VIP packages begin at $519 for an Outlaw Pass, with Super Outlaw and Ultimate Outlaw upgrades also available. Special packages include options like VIP seating and access to hospitality tents all weekend long. A full menu of camping options is also available at the Taste of Country Music Festival website.
Off-site car and RV camping at Bear Creek are also available again this year. The campground is located just a few miles from the festival grounds, with camping prices starting at $109. The off-site camping passes include free shuffle service to/from the festival grounds. A Guaranteed Tent Camping option has also been added this year in response to the festival's enormous growth, with passes starting at $10. Free tent camping is still an option, provided there is space available at the time of entry.
