Take Pictures With The 60's Batmobile Inside Lufkin Mall

Jokers Dugout is making their Halloween Bash super special for all the Batman fans in East Texas. See the 1966 Batmobile they will have on display, and take your picture with it.

Stop by Jokers Dugout in the Lufkin Mall on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 starting at 11 am. Come in costume and join in the costume/cosplay contest that starts at 1 pm.

There will be giveaways and candy for everyone to make it a true Halloween Bash. Giveaways and candy will continue throughout the day, while supplies last.

The Batmobile

This is a batmobile that you might remember as the original one from the 1960's TV show with Adam West as Batman. Pictures next to the Batmobile will be free, and you are also allowed to take pictures inside for a fee.

"The Batman" is coming out soon with Robert Pattinson and Zoe Kravitz. This is a perfect time to get some pictures next to this amazing throwback TV star of a vehicle in your finest costume.

Honoring Lance Moore

I worked on many a story highlighting all the events that Lance Moore put on for the community. This was the last event that he started planning earlier this year before he passed.

It warms my heart that his wife Elissa is putting on this event in his honor. Lance was the owner at Joker's Dugout in the Lufkin Mall.

If you did anything interesting in Lufkin, it might have been because of this wonderful soul. He reminded me why I loved to watch wrestling as a kid, and so much more with his events over the years. He will be missed by many in our community.

He also had Ken's Base-bald cards & comics, as well as Arkham Asylum for years in Nacogdoches. He was the promoter/owner of Deep East Texas Rasslin' (DETR) as well.

Coming to this event will benefit his family and his business. If one of these things rings a bell, find some time to stop in and be a part of the festivities.
