According to KETK, the mall was listed for sale recently, but there is no specific price, you will need to reach out to the listing agent.

But we know the mall is 586,450 square feet. It’s located at 3500 McCann Road and brings in around $5.74 million in net operating income.

The mall was first built in 1978, there are more than 70 retail, dining, and entertainment businesses occupying the mall, so they are 98% occupied.
