SFA Gardens in Nacogdoches Offers Resilient Texas Plants for Sale

The Stephen F. Austin gardens is getting ready for one of the only two times a year that they let the public purchase plants from them. Staff, students, and volunteers have been meticulously laying out, labeling, and pricing over 200 different types of plants.
They have said this is the best year ever to get some great plants. It's their Spring Garden Gala Day on Saturday, April 1st and Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 9 AM - 2 PM both days.
You might want to bring a wagon because you are going to see some things you just can't live without. There is something special about all of the plants they have there.
Buy Texas Tough Plants At The SFA Gardens Plant Sale
All of the plants that they are selling are strong Texas natives. I have personally bought plants at this sale, and they are some of the most hearty in my garden.
So if you are tired of ripping things out and replanting every other year, you might want to give this plant sale a visit. They always have the most interesting plants for sale, and they are calling this year its best.
The SFA Gardens is an over 120-acre garden on campus at 2900 Raguet Street. Parking is available at the SFA Janice A. Pattillo Early Childhood Research Center.
