Tattoo Torture: Zavalla Couple Abused Children, Man Sentenced
Just when you think you have heard it all, there comes a case that is just unbelievable. In late April of 2023, a Zavalla couple was arrested for allegedly forcibly tattooing their two young children.
The Farr children showed up at school with two tattoos. The girl with a black heart on her foot, and the boy with a small circle on his shoulder.

The children claimed that they had been asleep when the tattoo was put on their bodies. A CPS investigation was initiated by the school after this was brought to their attention.
Zavalla Man Sentenced To Five Years For Tattooing His Step Children
Once the couple realized they were under investigation and that tattooing, even your own children, was illegal, things got even worse. They restrained the children and tried to forcibly remove the tattoos.
