Man Gets Tasered, Steals And Crashes Police Car – All Caught On Dash Cam [VIDEO]

Here's the set up:

A man steals a computer from the local Walmart, punches an employee who tries to stop him, and he speeds away in a Jeep.

Police then catch up to him and the man ends up getting tasered, but then he steals the police car, and ends up wrecking the squad car after a high speed chase.
