Red Tulip Rolling Bistro Will No Longer Be Running The Food Truck

Yes, you read that one correctly. According to a Facebook post from the Red Tulip crew, they will no longer be running their food truck. They will continue to cater events, but you won't be able to run to the truck for lunch and/or dinner.

It's going to be so different to not have the chance to run over to them and get an order of brisket nachos, or cilantro-lime chicken tacos, or - my personal favorite - animal fries. But, they'll still be around. They're not leaving completely.

So, even though they're not running the truck, we wish them the best. Thanks for the four and a half years of great food from the truck, and best wishes as you go forward!
