Store Embarrasses Woman with 10,000th Shoplifter Celebration [WATCH]

Department stores in America and across the world have to deal with loss prevention.  Shoplifters are everywhere.   

But, the folks at this store in Holland came up with a great way to deal with a potential thief -- complete and utter humiliation.  Check out the video of how the store personnel 'celebrated' their 10,000th shoplifter.
