The third season of Swamp People is underway on the History Channel, and without a doubt one of the most popular gator hunters is the Gator Queen - Liz Cavalier Choate. She'll be appearing in Beaumont this weekend at the fair, and she also had a chance to join the Merrell in the Morning show.  Check out the interview after the jump.
