A Texas Music legend has retired. After 25 years of making music, Charlie Robison is hanging it up.

He shared the news "with a very heavy heart."

"Get out the wieners and buns, cause the briskets all gone." A big congratulation is in order for Charlie Robison and his new wife, Kristen. The two tied the knot, not in suburban Seguin, but in a small beach-side ceremony over the weekend.

Respected songwriter Charlie Robison may not have been looking to start a feud with country duo Florida Georgia Line, but his comments about country radio and a statement made by a top label executive were sure to draw a response.

The line up of great shows continues at Banita Creek Hall this Saturday night.  One week after Cody Johnson set an all-time attendance record at the club, Charlie Robison brings his talents to the stage.
