A couple of weeks ago, it was a unanimous 'Yes' from the four judges on NBC's America's Got Talent as Lufkin's David Fenley was given a pass to Las Vegas for the next round of competition. Well, tonight, Fenley performs and tries to make it to the next round in New York.

East Texans have had a pretty impressive track record on TV reality shows through the years.  Miranda Lambert and Sheila Marshall did will back in the days of Nashville Star and Kendall Beard and and Kree Harrison proved themselves on American Idol.  Get ready for another rising star.

Talk about a memorable Wednesday night at Banita Creek Hall in Nacogdoches. Shooter Jennings played a special mid-week show at the club, but he wasn't the only artist in the house.
