Hurricanes may not be the only thing we should be concerned about in the Gulf of Mexico. According to a report in the publication - 'Washington Free Beacon' - a Russian nuclear-powered attack submarine armed with long-range cruise missiles operated undetected for several weeks in June and July of this  year in the Gulf of Mexico.
