Moody Gardens

A few times each year, the Merrell in the Morning Show gets a visit from representatives from Moody Gardens in Galveston.  Sometimes, they are able to bring some of their special attractions. Moody Gardens is one of my family's favorite destinations...

Several times a year, our friends from Moody Gardens in Galveston stop by the Merrell in the Morning Show to highlight some of their attractions.  Every once in a while, they'll also bring along a furry or feathered or scaly-skinned friend.  This morning, Azul made a visit.

Area schools will be letting out for Spring Break over the next several weeks and it looks like the weather will be getting warmer...finally.  Sounds like a trip to Galveston is in order.

It's not often we can say that Monty (the) Python is visiting the Kicks 105 studios and the Merrell In the Morning Show, but today, we can!

The penguin population at Moody Gardens in Galveston, the penguin population has just increased by two.  According to a press release, the penguin exhibit at the Moody Gardens Aquarium Pyramid has a pair of fuzzy new additions.

Stephanie Chan (PR Coordinator), Amber Henderson (Rainforest Biologist) and Azul (Blue-tongued skink) stopped by the Kicks 105 studios this morning to tell us about the awesome Summer season at Moody Gardens in Galveston.
