The sun came out today! It's been almost a week since we've seen the golden orb of life, light, and warmth. My mood has been no bueno because of that. I've wanted to nap every day this week. Why yes that is a bottle opener on my hat. I answer that question more than you'll ever know! Everywhere I go. Grocery store, department store, restaurant, club, everywhere. People notice it and ask me about it. I have seen others like it, but it seems to me that mine is the best one. Imaginary pub advertisement, and bottle opener, worn a lot! Check it out!

I love getting a fresh haircut! Unfortunately my "hair cutting girl" has been out for the past 6 weeks after having emergency surgery. As you can imagine my hair went quite crazy. My hats won't fit, and I looked like a homeless person or some kind of emo kid at the very least. Today's "Selfie Of The Day" depicts my stylish new cut. Jealous??

This weather has me perplexed. Over the weekend we had temps of almost 80, then yesterday a cold front came in and dropped the temps into the 50's pretty quick. Today looks dreary, and makes me want to nap. My selfie of the day depicts me looking surprised that it's still cool outside and I forgot my jacket. Dangit!

No Shave November is over! Thank goodness! I'm not very good with facial hair, and mine tends to be mostly gray now so I'd just rather keep it to a minimum. Since the month is over, and we've raised a generous amount of money for St. Jude I shaved yesterday. Day 6 of my Selfie Of The Day features my smooth cheeks (the ones on my face).

WOW! What a crazy, busy weekend. Saturday morning met Sean Ericson to help set up for his live broadcast at Ashley Furniture. Next was to assist in getting the SFA Football game on the air, then immediately over to Perry Ellis Kia for our HUGE broadcast that afternoon. Today I begin a new project. A selfie a day for a year! The Steve Rixx "Selfie Of The Day" will be a time line of my face, and probably partially my wardrobe throughout the next year.
