Teams from Lufkin, Hudson, Tyler, Jasper, Central, Lovelady and Huntington took part in this year's event.

The 32nd Annual Texas State Forest Festival is just around the corner, and KICKS 105 and KFOX 95.5 will once again kick off the event with the Pom Pon/Dance Team Competition.  The action will start Wednesday, September 21st at 6:30 p.m.

Who will be tops in Pom this year? The annual KICKS 105 Pom Pon/Dance Team competition will kick off the Texas State Forest Festival on Wednesday, September 16th at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin.

The 2014 Pom Squad/Dance Team Championships at the Texas State Forest Festival featured a total of 19 performances from area schools...and we shot video of all them.

What a night! The 30th annual Texas State Forest Festival kicked off with quite a bang as dance teams from Angelina, Shelby, and Sabine counties competed in the 11th edition of the Pom Squad/Dance Team Championships.

The 30th annual Texas State Forest Festival gets underway tonight at the George H Henderson Expo Center in Lufkin.  There will be many events and activities going on but the highlight will be the KICKS 105 Pom Squad/Dance Team Championships.
