Texas Governor Rick Perry insists that he's one for healthy debate, open dialogue, and a supporter of free speech rights, however, he believes that an editorial cartoon has crossed way over the line of good taste and actually mocks the tragedy in West, Texas.

President Barack Obama went public today with his plan to 'protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence'.  That plan includes closing background check loopholes and banning military-style assault weapons and high capacity magazines.
