Breaking the Speed Limit: Inside Texas' Fastest Speeding Tickets Ever Recorded.

In 2016, the number of tickets issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety for persons going at least 100 mph was up over 40%.  According to a report in the Houston Chronicle, nearly 10,000 such tickets were issued statewide.

Apparently fed up with motorists speeding in his neighborhood, this man decides to get them to slow down in a very creative way.  Then, he takes the wrong car's picture!
