U.S. intelligence officials have warned federal and local law enforcement of chatter indicating potential attacks by al-Qaeda terrorists in Texas, Virginia, and New York Monday.
Another horrific tragedy has struck France. Over 80 people were killed and dozens others injured, many critically, when a man driving a truck indiscriminately ran over people who had been watching a fireworks display in Nice, France. Two of those killed called Texas home.
