Day 2 of the Angelina County Fair was full of more great accomplishments by area youth. Some of them stopped by the Merrell in the Morning Show on Thursday.

Day one of the Angelina County Fair is in the books. The winners of the various day one competitions are listed below, and has become tradition, several of those youngsters stopped by the Merrell in the Morning Show.
The Pineywoods Fair is underway at the Nacogdoches Expo and Civic Center. It continues through Sunday with the carnival midway and numerous events and fun activities.
Dr. Michael O'Guin, Principal of Nacogdoches High School (NHS), announced Monday, September 26th that NHS seniors Trishala Roy and Hunter Stephens have been named Commended Students in the 2017 National Merit Scholarship Program.
