Tim McGraw will be playing Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta, Ga., on Feb. 3. The country superstar will headline the pregame party, a portion of which will be aired live on CBS.

According to a note at the NFL's website, McGraw's new single "Thought About You" will be aired during the pregame show, although the precise time was not clear. Aloe Blacc will also perform with a portion making the live Super Bowl Today broadcast.

McGraw is an avid Tennessee Titans fan, so it's not clear if he'll be cheering for either the Los Angeles Rams or New England Patriots during the Super Bowl. He played some football while growing up in Louisiana and earlier this month shared a picture from his days on the gridiron:

While no country singers took part in official Super Bowl festivities in 2018, Luke Bryan sang the National Anthem in 2017. Prior to that, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks and Shania Twain were part of pre-game or halftime performances. A full list of country singers who've played the Super Bowl also features the Dixie Chicks and Charley Pride.

Of course more than a few artists have appeared in commercials, including Underwood and Willie Nelson. See some of our favorite country singer commercials below. Super Bowl LIII will air on CBS at 5PM ET on Feb. 3.
