Tyler County Reports First Positive Coronavirus Case
According to a Facebook Post by the Tyler County Emergency Management Office, a 61-year-old Hillister woman has tested positive for COVID-19.

Tyler County has confirmed its first Coronavirus case, a 61 year-old Hillister woman.
Tyler County Judge Jacques Blanchette announced Monday morning that Tyler County now has its first confirmed case of COVID-19, commonly known as Coronavirus.
According to Judge Blanchette, the patient is a 61 year-old woman who is a resident of Hillister and is currently at home under isolation.
Judge Blanchette said the woman presented with possible Coronavirus symptoms at a local clinic a few days ago and was tested for the illness, and that test came back positive on Monday.
