EscapeNac is a new business in Nacogdoches which features interactive and intuitive real-life room escape games. Locked in a room with 2-10 people, participants have 60 minutes to work together to find clues and solve puzzles that will lead you to your escape.

It is part scavenger hunt and part puzzle mixed with a lot of problem solving.  This fits right into the strengths of being of DJ.  We are constantly trying to solve the illegible and cryptic commercial scripts from our sales department.  And when it comes to scavenger hunts, we rank way up there, check out our Pokemon chasing video here.

So, we (Danny Merrell, Sean Ericson, Mark Cunningham, and Dan Patrick) decided to try the 'Jail Break' room at EscapeNac.  We were told that this was one of the hardest rooms to escape at the facility. Only one group had ever escaped in the 60 minute time limit.  We were about to become the second group to escape.

Or so we thought.

I think we successfully unlocked 4 locks.  At that rate, we would have escaped next Easter...maybe.  Even though we failed miserably, we had a blast.  This would be a great, fun, team building event for a business, school, club, or how about having a birthday party there.
