There are certain types of candy that I love to receive for Halloween. Well, actually my kids get the candy, I just steal it. Kit Kat, Snickers, Hershey's Dark Chocolate, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Twix are some of my favorites.  But on the other end of the candy spectrum, there exists those sweets that have no business ever being placed into a trick or treater's bag; stuff like licorice, taffy, those orange fluffy circus peanuts, and any candy that you have to suck.

I hate dumping food in the trash, it seems like such a waste, and I can still hear my grandfather's speech to me about less fortunate third-world kids. I don't want to re-gift these candies to other trick or treaters either: that would probably get my house targeted for toilet paper practice.

Sean Ericson, Steve Rixx and myself sat down with a few drinks to discuss this conundrum, and we came up with an idea: let's take some of our least favorite candy and place them all in a big dish, nuke that candy in a microwave until it's a gooey mess, then let it cool and solidify, and eat it.

Of course, this does nothing to solve what to do with leftover, unwanted candy, but there were some drinks involved and this somehow made sense at the time. We will definitely video this process, but we do need some input from you. Take a look at the poll below and let us know which candies you think we should melt together and then eat. Feel free to add some candy selections of your own in the comment section below or on our Facebook page.
