The 3rd and final day of the Big Bass Splash on Lake Sam Rayburn started a bit chilly with a dense fog laying over the lake, but as the morning turned to mid-day, the temperatures quickly warmed, the fog cleared, and some clarity was given on the Big Bash leader board.

A total of 5 nine pound bass were weighed in (3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday) overall for the tourney, but it was Norman Land's 9.98 that claimed the championship.  The Cleveland, Texas native caught his fish in the noon hour on Saturday and after sweating out another 7 hours of weigh-ins on Sunday, Land was crowned the Big Bass Splash champion for 2015.
