The state of Indiana has settled with 63 of the 65 victims from August’s stage collapse before a Sugarland show at the Indiana State Fair. KRTV in Indianapolis reports that of the $5 million available for compensation, all but $2,000 has been claimed.

2010 - Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles hosts the ABC special "CMA Country Christmas" with Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crow, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Reba McEntire, Darius Rucker and Little Big Town.

Sugarland singer Jennifer Nettles is off the market. The singer quietly married her longtime beau, entrepreneur Justin Miller, in a small ceremony in Tennessee over the weekend. Nettles and Miller have been dating for over two years.

Victims of the August 13 Indiana State Fair stage collapse are seeking justice. Forty-four survivors of the tragedy, as well as family members of those who died in the horrific accident, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against those associated with the production of the show — including Sugarland.

Sugarland came up short against Faith Hill in yesterday's Country Clash as Faith takes about 60% of the vote. As promised, Sugarland are returning to Indiana for a show in honor of the seven killed and dozens injured when the stage collapsed before an August show at the Indiana State Fair. Friday night’s concert at the Conseco Fieldhouse will benefit the Indiana State Fair Remembrance Fund.

If ‘American Idol’ winner Scotty McCreery keeps this pace up, he’ll be performing the halftime show at the Super Bowl before long. On the day the 18-year-old performed the National Anthem to kick off the World Series, it was announced he’d be performing at the 2011 CMA Awards in Nashville next month.

The last time they scheduled a show in Indiana, Sugarland made headlines for all the wrong reasons, suffering a horrific stage collapse that claimed the lives of seven concertgoers and injured more than 40 others. At the time, they promised they’d be back to perform a free show — and now they’re making good on that promise by adding a new show.

Who doesn’t love when their favorite singers cover a popular ’80s song? Last week, country duo Sugarland and singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles performed ‘Come On Eileen,’ as part of their show at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Bareilles is currently touring with Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush, who make up the bubbly country duo.
