2021 Big Bass Splash on Toledo Bend – Sunday Standings
The KICKS 105 Big Bass Splash on Toledo Bend Reservoir is May 14, 15 and 16. This year's event features half a million dollars in guaranteed cash and prizes. The grand prize for the largest bass overall includes a Triton 19 TRX bass boat powered by Mercury, equipped with Minn Kota, Lowrance, Navionics and Power Pole. The overall winner also will be driving away in a new Ram Truck, plus he/she will receive a check for $7,000. There are also huge prizes for the overall 2nd through 5th place finishers.
Fifteen places will be paid each hour of each tournament day beginning with the 7-8am hour and continuing through the 1-2pm hour for the 15 heaviest bass weighed in for the hour. Additionally, $5,000 will be paid to the first exact weight 3.00, 4.00 and 5.00 pound bass brought in each day of the tournament. That's over $225,000 in cold, hard cash that's guaranteed to be paid out for the top 15 each hour as well as the exact weight winners.
Sunday should prove to be an exciting finish to the 3-day tournament. Steven Ruschmeier's 9.87 bass from Friday continues to hold the overall lead after Saturday's fishing weigh-ins. But, Toledo Bend has plenty of double digit monster fish, and one lucky strike could quickly change the leaderboard.
