Today's forecast has the possibility of precipitation. Officially for the Lake Sam Rayburn region, we are looking at 20-30% rain chances until about 2 p.m., then that will go up to about a 50% chance. The high should be around 70 today.
Later Saturday night and into the overnight hours, heavy rainfall is predicted throughout the area. Rain chances should start to diminish around daybreak on Sunday, but gusty north winds will be a factor throughout the final day of the Big Bass Splash. It will also be quite chilly on Sunday. The high temperature should hover in the upper 50s to low 60s.
The 6 am hour is brought to you by Strickland Plumbing and HVAC, where your plumbing, heating, and HVAC needs are strictly their business.
