Whether you want to admit it or not, the chances are good that you've enjoyed at least one game show on TV before. Some of us enjoyed them because we were trying to guess the answers correctly to see if we were better than the contestants. Some of us enjoyed watching the contestants give goofy, unbelievable answers. Some of us enjoyed watching the winning contestants.

I want you to think about what you enjoy most about those game shows...now, think about what it would be like to go to enjoy them live, and right in Nacogdoches.

You won't have to think too hard, because that's exactly what's going to be going on at the Nacogdoches Public Library on July 13th starting at 5:30 PM. That night is "Game Show Night". There will be several different games, including Family Feud, Jeopardy, and Are You Smarter Than A Librarian. There will be hors d'oeuvres and wine served, as well.

The game show night is for adults ages 18 and up. If you can't find a sitter for that night, there will be a place for kids ages 6 and up to play next door.

Game Show Night will be a free event, but you have until the day before the event to register. You can do that on the Nacogdoches Public Library website, or you can call (936) 559-2970.
