Forecasters are calling for another round of severe storms in the Pineywoods by Thursday afternoon and evening.  Once again, high winds, hail, and deadly lightning are expected to be the biggest threats.

Hopefully, we won't see the damage that storms inflicted upon East Texas last Friday.  60+ mph winds caused downed trees which led to numerous power outages in the area.

The storms are Thursday are expected to form to our west and then move our way.  Isolated tornadoes can not be ruled out, however, the most widespread area of severe weather is expected to be in northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas.  As always keep up with the latest with KICKS 105.
