Best Dancing Dog Ever [VIDEO]

I've seen plenty of videos of dogs doing dances on their back legs before, but Sloopy the chihuahua is the best ever. 

Apparently, there is a plate of turkey leftovers on the counter and Sloopy can keep a Latin beat better than most humans.
