Dallas Cowboy Running Back Arrested for Shoplifting

Cowboy's running back Joseph Randle was arrested by Frisco Police Monday evening and charged with shoplifting after he allegedly tried to steal men's underwear and cologne.  

According to an ESPN report, Randle was observed shopping inside Dillard's at Stonebriar Centre Mall.  He purchased an item and then later store security allegedly watched Randle conceal the underwear and cologne in the Dillard's bag.  Randle was stopped in the parking lot by security and then Frisco Police were called.

The total value of the items in question is around $125.  This year's salary for the 2nd year running back is $495,000.

Randle has seen limited action behind DeMarco Murray who is off to one of the best starts by a running back in NFL history.  Randle has rushed for 113 yards on 16 carries this season.  No word from the Cowboy's organization nor the NFL on what penalties may be levied against Randle.
